Hi Keith,

Just took a dremel to both washers and popped em in, no problems.

Wasn't bothered about the slack bolt catch before, can't even say i had noticed it...now...well how did i live with that amount of slack.

Now it is as tight as......erm.....in the interests of saintliness and not wishing to offend anyone.......as tight as the manufacturer should have made it in the first place
