I do. I like how it frees up my left hand for handling bullets and cases. Instead of having to index the turret at every step, I just lower the ram fully while reaching for the next bullet or case.
I also usually only do 100 at a time, but I did 250 .38s once. That session, I reached 225 rounds per hour (clean spent case to loaded round). Probly would have hit 250 if I'd been using CCI primers, which are packaged a bit easier.
