It's a 629 Carry Comp product number 170012 1 of 428 that IMO someone has completely hosed the value of by "customizing" the grip frame. If it were original in labeled box, it would be a $4-5K gun. As is, unless it could somehow be documented as a factory job, you'll have to find someone who likes the way it sits for a shooter or "unique" collectible.
