I don't know why you feel you need to hide from this comment. The people at Vortex are indeed nice and easy to talk to. When I had a question about one of their optics, they put one of their engineers on the line and we talked about it. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions without trying to BS me.

I think they're a great company and make great products. I own a few. I will own more. I wish them well with this one. It's not my cup-o-tea, but I'm sure lots will like it.
