I have a revolver that will only fully chamber/ seat rounds loaded with cast bullets sized .451. Tight cylinder's !
Try sizing .451 or seating the bullet just a little deeper.
I had a box of Black Hills factory loads with .452 lead bullets , I had to add more taper crimp to get the bullet/case sized down .001 more before they would chamber.
AMT 1911 Hardballer has no problems with .452 , the revolver...no go , .451 was the maximum.
