The general answer is yes, BUT . . . the timing of the revolver may be wrong with replaced parts. As these old guns were more or less hand made. That is to say that all parts were hand finished, so the hand would have been finished to assure exact timing and function. You will just have to try different combinations until you get it working correctly, which could mean the original cylinder with the new barrel and ejector star, or another combination.

The stocks on early 38 SAs had a block style S&W, which was different than the stylized S&W logo we see today. Your 38 DA would have had the latter.
