Very nice looking pistol. I have one as well. Only a factory letter will tell for sure if the ivory came on the gun originally. My gut feeling is no, however it's a nice looking combination with the display case. With the amount of aftermarket grips/stocks out there I'm feeling they and the case were add ons.
