well thanks guys for all the input , wondedring how others would react to a situation like this , I sent 2 guns in different boxes with specific instructions on what I wanted done , They messed up, I understand things happen like this, and the lady that handles payment seems nice and concerned, and told her supervisor , and he was supposed to call friday and never heard a peep . .. yes my 587-7, which is a very sought after gun in my circle of friends and collectors, is ruined no matter what.. I do have a lawyer friend that may help me out but no matter what my gun will never be original, makes my stomache hurt thinking about it. Funny thing is they dont even know where ther other gun is that I wanted bead blasted, .. Guess I was the unfortunate one here ...
