Back in the late 70's I was a LEO. Seabrook NPP hired officers to work security. I worked there for two weeks, slept in tents. We had an incident were anti's tried to tear down a chain link fence. I grabbed a S&W Pepper Fogger and a group of us ran thru the main gate down to where they were pulling down the fence. I had to stop and start the unit. We sprayed over a dozen bad guys. There was one guy who stood there and tried to hold his breathe. Let's just say it didn't end well for him.
