I like old Safariland holsters and had one like that, but basket-stamped and a darker, wonderful golden brown. I sold it with the M-34 that had such bad extraction that I had to pound out empty .22 cases with a rubber mallet! I do have a three-inch holster from them, but it doesn't accept the full lug barrel. You were lucky , and you still have a holster for a four-inch gun. I wanted the right length.


One of my El Paso holsters is their Model 2, virtually identical to the old Safariland M-29.
