You have to be careful with Buffalo Bore ammo. I think it's good quality ammo, but in my limited experience their standard pressure ammo kicks like +P, and their +P kicks like a...well, they kick hard.

If you're comparing loads for recoil, compare their bullet weights and velocities, especially with BB ammo. Ammo with the same bullet weight and velocity should kick about the same, even if one is +P and the other is standard pressure.
