The Leupold bases look better and the ring design eliminates the two screws most likely to loosen from recoil.

The Raptor mount has 3 screws, not 2, I am sure for that very reason and I would find it very hard to swallow that 3 set screws would come loose with any amount of recoil, this thing is set a rock solid.

I use buffalo bore which has much greater pressures than regular ammo and so far no issues.
I didn't mention the Raptor mount, nor was I referring to that mount.

Standard two ring on a Weaver base set-ups can have issues with the ring base screws working loose, even with blue Loctite. Some ring designs are worse than others. I went to the Leupold style because the Leupold or Burris rings are very well made and can't work loose from a dovetail base. The swap didn't cost as much as buying super-premium Weaver Base rings such as Warne.
