Keeping you permit will allow you to bypass the individual pistol purchase permits as it does now. There has been a great deal of mis-information put out by the media and certain groups about this bill. It does not eliminate Concealed Carry Permit nor does it eliminate purchase permits issued by the Sheriffs.
