My s&w m27-2 is in excellent 99.99% condition. I have two m27-2 brothers one in nickel and one in blue both were $795 each a few years back. I'm eyeing a m27 - 2 8 3/8" nickel that's $1100. I'm seeing the n frames going for much more lately.

What happened to the cheap prices on the N Frames in 8 3/8" barrels lately? Not too long ago no one wanted them. They were cheap to buy.
