Ray Chapman carried a piece of WW .45 acp brass around in his pocket. At the appropriate time in every one of his training classes he would produce it and tell the story of his losing the IPSC World Championship the second time he was competing because of this piece of brass. He was shooting WW factory ammo given to him by WW. He was leading and right down to the last few shots against his closest competitor. He had a failure to fire and had to do the Tap, Rack, Bang drill. That time lost cost him the championship.

His words of advice was, "Do you really think that you don't need to know how to reload quickly? Do you really think that you don't need to be carrying spare ammo in a readily accessible location? Well, take a look at this factory ammo loaded by the best ammo manufacture in the world." It did not have the flash hole punched between the primer pocket and the powder chamber. .......
