Every day I carry it's a S&W 3rd Gen, usually a 3913 variant (3914/908/3913TSW). Utterly reliable with all types of ammo, slim and concealable, and very safe to carry, load, &unload. IMO you picked up the ideal civilian CC pistol. If you're worried about losing it, good reason to pick up another to keep in the safe as backup (and another, and another... ).
