I have in my possession two bullets I cannot identify and need some assistance. I can't post pictures here so if anyone is willing to help I'd be glad to email you a picture. The bullet appears to be military and probably eastern block. The markings are few and illegible. Length of entire bullet is: 3". Necks down after 1.5" to an approximately .30 caliber projectile. Any help or suggestions appreciated!

P.S.-I'm asking here because it's the only forum I use and the knowledge here seems to cover many areas.
