0bviously, a little swim wont hurt a Smith.. l bet it'll shoot submerged too.

What really amazed me were the deck guns of submarines during WWll.

Cruising around the world bathed in salt water and all the other trash.

Then surfacing and ready for ACTION at a moments' notice. Talk about

a cleaning chore after a few rounds thru a salt water soaked deck gun..

Most likely a pretty challenging chore, even for our j.moose...:-)
