Varies by county but in general in TX 10 or more acres required as well as distance from occupied structures and roads/hwys.
There are other items but that is he basics.
I am looking for 15 or so myself.
In he area Im looking 10k/acre seems the average.
Its gone up and up he last couple yrs and is climbing still.
