My old full size is 4 years old-bought used but unfired. After a few hundred rounds I put in the Apex duty/carry kit with trigger and added the Ameriglo i-dot night sights. I also added the Talon grip.

I've only shot it once at 50 yards on an 18" steel rectangle and hit it 5 out of 6 tries. For everything else this pistol is great.

I really like the grip texture of the new version but the trigger doesn't compare to the Apex. A friend has one I've shot and can't tell a difference in accuracy. If I didn't have mine I'd get a 2.0 but I'd need to sell mine first and with the current prices mine wouldn't bring much-$350 if I'm lucky and that'd be without mags (bought a bunch of 17 rounders before our stupid laws changed in Colorado).

As much as I really like my 1911s this full size gets the call when cooler weather allows for a loose covering garment.
