Besides knowing Rex, I got acquainted with a former Hong Kong Police Officer who had managed to immigrate to the USA. He told me that the average HK Police Officer shot about 6 total shots in practice once a year prior to Rex getting there to help. Between Rex's instruction in use of the handgun, baton work and knife fighting, the former HK Policeman said the deaths and injuries to the policemen dropped off to near nothing. This man told me that the everyday officer after going thru Rex's complete training course thought he walked on water. ....
