Tried 7.5 grains of VV N340 with a Speer 125 TMJ in Winchester 357 brass today. Felt just like 7.5 Unique, but boy is that a clean burning powder. It's a full grain under the listed starting load, but no trace of soot or unburned powder in the revolver or the single shot rifle. Plus it meters well.

Think I'm going to have to burn more N340.
