For everyday carry, one FULL speed strip.
( for some reason, lots of guys think if they have a 5-shooter, they have to leave one hole in the Speed Strip empty and use only 5 of the holes. I figure I might really need that sixth extra round if things go bad ).

If out walking around in fields or the woods where I might take a few impromptu shots at targets of opportunity, or on a camping trip, will carry two full reloads or more.
