Adding to what has already been posted, agency issued guns are niche items. Some like myself and other have an affinity for guns that have seen time in a holster on the hip of a badge totter. The big debate is do they garner a premium. The other, somewhat smaller, niche are agency commemorative guns. Sellers think they are worth more than the same non scratched (engraved) gun in equal condition. When in fact they really are not very desirable to the average Joe. The one you are eyeballing is particularly less desirable because as CoolColt has written it was part of a set that is not complete. Hope this helps. hardcase60
