My 4" 65-5 is a round butt and a fine shooter and CC piece with a proper belt and holster.
I would offer $400 cash to start and go no higher than $475.
I picked up mine from a cop shop for $317 OTD. It was mixed in with a bunch of VA DOC trade in M64s and was tagged at $299.
I did show the clerk the discrepancy and he sold it to me at the tagged price on his own volition.
