This is my recommendation as well. I'm not sure about the "under $15" thing...
... but you might get lucky.
But you can buy brand spanking new ones when they are on sale at Midway USA for around $25 each as long as you aren't in a magazine-restricted state.
Beyond that, Mec-Gars beat Pro-Mags every day of the week.
