Personally, I have yet to see one marked Made in USA. All I have seen were marked Made in China, either on the blade or the box. Made in China knives are not necessarily a deal-killer for me -- I have a few that are pretty decent blades, like a couple of CRKT examples and one Browning -- but the S&W ones have never really impressed me much.
