Thank you. The 49 really didn't take much work as it was in very nice condition to start with. I like Ballistol as my gun cleaner because I can use it on metal or polymer guns with no issues.

I used just a tiny bit of Flitz on the sides of the butt of the 49 and maybe on a couple of small places, but just wiping it down helped a lot.
