Grabbed a new 442 and 45 Shield Performance Center last week during the Smith and Wesson sale at my PX. The 442 in my pocket allows me to stay in good graces with my better half, she gets her LCR back full time now. The PC 45 Shield was an impulse buy at the price. After 280 rds of fmj and assorted hollow points, I purchased a couple holsters for it to compliment my 686+ as my edc. Somewhere after Christmas I'll spring for the Wright Leatherworks iwb Holster for the Shield that I have for my 686. The 45PC is way nicer than the original 9mm Shield I had before the price crash. It's that little bit bigger that fits my hand better, and the improved grip is nice too. Free mags and ammo are just a nice touch for down the road
