Hi. Midway USA has CCI 9mm shot shells. 53 gr. #12 shot-box of 10- and 45 gr. #4 shot-box of 10, about 11 or 12 bucks a box. Read a piece about them awhile back and you'll have to manually rack the slide each shot. If you're convinced you want to carry less lethal, might look at those loads. I have to use real bullets cause I ain't able to run.
