My US Army Model 1899 is serial number 13030 (on forestrap), and has S & W 38 MIL stamp on left side bbl.

Thanks for the study, I haven't Lettered mine yet but intend on doing so soon just to see what info is out there officially on the old "1st Model Hand Ejectors".
