For what it’s worth I sold a nickel 34-2, I think about four years for $600 just the gun and stocks. Used the money to buy a 617-2 and a couple hundred rounds of ammo. That was about 4 years ago. And there was some flaking in the back strap. The dealer snatched it up in a heartbeat. The prices on Smith’s are in a slump right now but I would still say $800+ depending on how you sell it.
