I have looked at your photos of this gun many times. It is one of my all-time favorite S&Ws. But, this time when I clicked on the photos, I saw something that I had not noticed before, namely that both exposed ends of the grip screw were also engraved - a very subtle and classy addition to an already over-the-top beauty.
The beautiful gold inlays, 8.375" of carved steel on the front end, the grips with the ivory inlaid bear scene on the rear... whew... Mr. White's work defines the "Master" in "master engraver".
