Danish Manhattan: New 5gal bucket with lid. 1 case Muscatel wine (hard to find), 1-1.75 Bacardi Light Rum, 1-1.75 Tangerey (sp?) Gin, the juice from a jar of maraschino cherries, some bitters, not much. Stir and cover for 90 days (no time off for good behavior), 90 days. Repackage it in a decanter (or those wine bottles) and refrigerate a day or so before serving. Good after-dinner drink (like a port).

Remember: Moderation.

Muscatel: I wet my own whistle and went looking for Muscatel (the cheap, fortified, 19% type), not found.
