Post a WTB on the Ruger Forum dot com and there are several guys such as Jussbad or Westerville or several others that may well have sets. You need to specify if your flat top is a 357 midsized gun or the larger 44 mag gun as the hammers are different heights. The parts swap is pretty easy to do if you know what your are doing.
