I will have to give 147gr. bullets a try. As a rule of thumb a heavier bullet should raise the point of impact. I generally reload everything, but have been shooting Federal 115 grainers and my 124gr. reloads also print a little low for me, but all are grouping well.

Now here is the kicker, I am having the same issue with a 4506. It has adjustable sights so no problem correcting that. My nephew hits dead on with it too and we generally shoot any given handgun to the same point of aim. I know I have past on all my good and bad shooting habits to him and it bugs me, that we are so different with these two Smiths. both these guns are fairly new to us both. He is 18 and I am 54 and there is no doubt his eyes are better than mine and his groups are generally tighter than mine but we mostly hit the same area of a target. I can still shade him with a revolver though, it is more natural to me, being an old school, old fart.
