S&W customer service has never let me down, been pistol of choice (thanks to my grand fathers who chose wisely) since 1950 and have owned many, still have most of them. I consider myself a small part of the S&W team. Due to quality control failures on the part of Federal and CCI, S&W has repaired my Victory twice and never tried to blame the ammo makers although the responsibility for the error was obvious.



This round from CCI (standard velocity) actually blew the extractor out of my Victory and bulged the chamber. S&W just fixed it!!
