I plunk test every cartridge I’ve reloaded in a Dillon or Wilson (I have both) case gauge.
Every time I pick up or handle a piece of brass it gets inspected for defects just in case a defective case gets past me I’ll catch it eventually on subsequent handlings.

Now l also weigh every completed cartridge on my digital scale looking for a double charge (it happened once) or a no charge condition ( that too has happened).
