I like they way he walks off with hands raised as to say no harm no foul, maybe he was in shock? I do believe he should have had to take a Breathalyzer test like any other person would have, and perhaps loose his CC permit. That would have been the outcome if it had occurred at my local bar. Their should not be any exceptions for playing stupid with a loaded firearm IMHO.
