Correct me if I'm wrong however unless a state law specifically prohibits the carry of more than one concealed handgun at the same time the default would be that it's not prohibited. Laws are affirmative, they tell us what we can or cannot do. The absence of a law does not indicate prohibition, yes?
I would agree references to concealed carry of a "gun" in the singular might be an issue, however states that do not prohibit multiple carry issue a "concealed weapon" permit, should we interpret that use of the singular to mean only one at a time?
