I find myself rearranging the stuff I'm carrying in my pockets and or belt until I feel BALANCED. This practice harkens back to those days I wore a loaded duty belt or PC rig.

After carrying an m19 revolver for over 33 years, I'm AOK with carrying fewer rounds in the pistol when there is a spare or two available for counterbalance and emergencies. It is your comfort zone that matters.
