The Lifetime Warranty apparently means nothing to S&W if they don’t want to work on your gun. They no longer support the third generation autos and most of the earlier revolvers. If they have parts and someone trained to do the work, they may honor the warranty. If not, they will not make the parts needed, and for sure aren’t going to train anyone.
