I don't think anyone actually answered your question, photos, etc. notwithstanding. There are several very minor differences, but the two major ones that cause these two guns to need different holsters are: M-19 barrel is larger in diameter and straight, and it has the extractor rod shroud on it. The M-15 barrel is thinner and tapered. These are why the M-15 is loose in the M-19 holster and the M-19 is tight in the M-15 holster.


The only real difference in the "Yoke area" is a difference in shape so the extractor shroud mates up to the frame instead of having a gap as it would on the M-15 and other K-Frames.
