At the Y today, the spin instructor's been requesting songs for a spin mix and she played one of the mixes today. It was lotsa fun and makes it seem a bit more personal 'specially when the mix included a song both my wife and myself submitted.
In the workout room, I could tell it had been 4 days since my last workout. Didn't feel any weaker just not as sharp. If that makes any kinda sense.
It's been dreary and rainy out here and it's supposed to continue tomorrow. I may just havta sit on my covered front porch smoke a cigar and watch it rain.
