Prying the primers out doesn't seem like fun. I like the idea of getting a dowel, filling the case with water and 'hydraulically' removing it. Wear your bathing suit.

Now resizing the steel I'm not too sure about I'd think lots of lube would be called for.

I'm not sure how to get berdan primers seated either. Sind the anvil is part of the primer pocket, I don't suppose you'd want to bang on them too much. Of course I had a pistol primer go off in a Lee Hand Loader one time. It kinda rang my bells.
