Just some info on those Federal 125Gr +P Nyclad rounds used by Dept of State from Dec 1993:
M/V (7" test bbl.) : 1194-1245/1218 avg
M/V (2.5" vented): 896-984/928 avg
CUP range 18500-19900
50yd 5 shot group (test bbl): 2.384
Gel test : 5.5"-7.5", 6.35 avg.
Expansion: .667, .677, .700, .707, .708
