I'm glad everything turned out well for you - unfortunately from what I've personally experienced and read right here on this Forum, that ISN'T always the case. You have been here for a while now, just read the posts on Factory repairs. Some do go well, and some are not so "pretty". It
shouldn't have to be a ****-shoot when sending in a firearm!
