Hey all-I just purchased a Ruger GP-100 5 inch .44 Special-It has a 5 shot unfluted cylinder, and a full underlug barrel. I have carried in the IWB appendix position for many years, and would like to carry this revolver in the same general position. I could carry OWB in that general position if necessary. I now carry (and have) a Bull Dog .44 IWB appendix. I realize the Ruger is longer and heavier, but it is about the same thickness. I'm a Big man, 6'4" 350-and wear square bottom shirts un- tucked, so I've some "hiding places" so to speak. Suggestions appreciated, questions welcome. Thanks!
