I saw this same file (same info) download yesterday from this site. Not when I logged in, but on one specific post I tried to open. Don't recall which, but it had pics. I suspect this is somehow linked to infected pics that trigger the download.

Malware bytes run after revealed zero problems. McAfee detected nothing.
