is good to go , at least what i have fired in my guns .
the deal about recoil is noted . i still shoot my 45 acp's a lot with various loads . have a 10mm mod 20 glock for fun & engage a couple of 357 caliber revolvers fairly often ...with hot loads . am able to keep my loads in a reasonable pattern from 21 ft. to around 50 ft . depending on the gun , the load & distance . i am not a big guy , 5ft. 8 & 145 lbs.
however there must be something said about conditioning . i walk or bike 4 times a week and light lift twice a week . am 70 years old and have bad arthritis in my hands . do 200 hundred crunches a day and use a hand grip power squeezer twice a day .
i could be wrong but i believe my keeping active has really helped me in some areas of gun handling/shooting . my 02 on the recoil concerns
